Multitouch
FTIR is Frustrated Total Internal Refelection, this is one technology that can be used to create a multitouch surface like the Microsoft Surface. I decided one day that I would build one of these tables, and this page is for the results of these experiments.
Table v0.01 - FTIR - July 2007 - ???
I am currently finishing up building an FTIR table. I have everything done, except for the surface itself. I need transparent silicone rubber. If anyone can find a source of this in the lower mainland so I can finish this table, that would be greatly appreciated.
